Scott Ferguson founded Inilex in 2003 after more than 20 years of experience managing several self-started companies.
He has a history of success including four startups, two acquisitions, and a merger and sale of two companies in the
construction and technology industries. From 1996 to 2005, Scott owned and operated Home Systems Inc., a privately
held home entertainment and technology company which was acquired by Cold Stream Systems LLC in early 2005.
Prior to 1996 he was engaged in electrical contracting for both residential and commercial projects.
Scott discovered his passion for entrepreneurship and technology at a young age. He started his first corporation
at the age of 20 and he currently sits on several Boards and coaches aspiring entrepreneurs in their effort to build
new and exciting companies. Scott now resides in Chandler, Ariz. with his wife of 24 years and four daughters.

& Lincoln Mercury Division. 20 year career with Ford Motor
Company in positions held in multiple regional field locations
and corporate assignments in Dearborn, Michigan. Vic received
his BS in Business Management from The Carlson School,
University of Minnesota. Vic is a native of St. Paul, Minnesota
and currently resides outside of Denver, Colorado.
Cathy is a seasoned professional in financial services and
logistics who uses her overall understanding and skills in
accounting, administrative and general operations to direct
the daily operations of the company. She joined Inilex
after 18 years in public accounting. Cathy attended Arizona
State University and Clifton School of Business, and holds
a diploma in Business Administration.
Prior to joining Inilex, Sue was the VP - Finance & Administration
for Meretek Diagnostics, Inc. Prior to that she was the Chief
Financial Officer for One Lambda, Inc. and worked for Price
Waterhouse in their Entrepreneurial Services Group.
Sue received her BS in Business Administration from California
State University at Los Angeles and has a CPA license from
the State of California.

AJ Wagner has served as President and CEO of AJ Wagner
& Associates, LLC, a business consulting organization, since
January 2007. Mr. Wagner served in various executive capacities
for Ford Motor Company for 33 years, culminating in his
appointment as President of Ford Motor Credit North America
and Vice President of Ford Motor Company.
Sam Pack is CEO and President of Pack Automotive Group,
consisting of Five Star Ford in North Richmond Hills, TX, Five
Star Ford in Carrollton, TX, and Ford Country in Lewisville, TX.
He is a recipient of Ford Motor Company's "Distinguished
Dealer Achievement" Award & Ford's "Salute to Dealers" Award.
Michael Maledon is President of Dealer Advisory Services,
specializing in acquisitions and strategic planning for dealerships
and other automotive-related businesses. Mr. Maledon received
his J.D. at the University of Notre Dame School of Law, and has
over 14 years experience providing business and legal advice on
commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and real estate investment/developments. Mr. Maledon serves as a Director or
advisor to several automotive-related businesses and is a
member of Dealer Track's Compliance Advisory Council.
Vinit Nijhawan is a former Venture Partner at Key Venture
Partners; a Board Member of Airwide Solutions Optasite
and Nextworth. He is a Lecturer at the Boston University
School of Management. Mr. Nijhawan was Founder, President,
and Chairman of the Board of Kinetic Computer Corporation;
a Senior Vice President and COO of Payload Systems, Inc.,
& Chairman of TiE-Boston and a Board Member for TiE Global.


Daniel Clarke has served as director of Inilex since 2008.
Mr. Clarke was CEO and a Board Member of Vcommerce
Corporation, maker of a multi-tenant, end-to-end e-commerce
platform used by leading online retailers on a private-labeled
basis. He was the CEO and Board Member of Primarion,
a semiconductor company, which he founded in 1999.
Mr. Clarke spent seven years at Intel, where he held several
key positions including Business Unit General Manager
& Marketing Director of the Video Components, Mobile
Computing and Graphics divisions. Mr. Clarke also served
as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Three-Five
Systems Inc., a liquid crystal display company.
